Troubleshooting Tips

Having troubles viewing? Read below for helpful tips.

Are you logged in?
The number one issue will be solved when you login. You can login at the menu option above, or directly at hrock.tv/login

Once logged in, try viewing
You’ll know you are logged in because the menu bar will say “Logout” rather than login.

Once logged in, try viewing the content you would like to watch.

Want to watch Live streaming?
Again, make sure you are Logged in. Then head on over to the Live stream page by clicking the Live link in the menu, or directly here: hrock.tv/live

Want to watch conferences?
Make sure you are Logged in. You can view all conferences here on the conference page: hrock.tv/conferences

Bought a session and the lock still shows?
Make sure you are Logged in.
Once logged in, check the actual page of the video itself. For example, if you purchased Revival Alliance conference, you will still need to select the video you would like to watch.
Videos are loaded to the archives generally within 24 hours of the live showing.

Try clearing your cache, or refreshing the page
Once logged in, try refreshing your web browser or clearing your cache.
